  • Co-pays and Deductibles: Co-pays are due at the time of your visit. If your plan has a deductible, please be aware that it will apply to your account.
  • Self-Pay: For patients without insurance, we offer competitive self-pay rates. Please inquire at the front desk for more information.
  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Checks may also be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

  • What should I bring to my first appointment?

    Please bring your insurance card, a valid ID, and any relevant medical records or previous immunization history. It’s also helpful to have a list of any medications your child is currently taking.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer that time to another patient.

  • Do you accept walk-in appointments?

    We recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure that we can provide you with the best care and attention. However, we do accommodate urgent cases when possible. Please call ahead to check availability.

  • Do you offer telemedicine appointments?

    Yes, we offer telemedicine appointments for certain visits. Please inquire when scheduling if a telemedicine option is appropriate for your child’s needs.

  • How can I access my child's medical records?

    You can request a copy of your child’s medical records by contacting our office. Please allow up to up to 5 business days for processing.

  • Is there an after-hours option for urgent concerns?

    Yes! If you have urgent concerns after hours, you can call our practice number to reach our after-hours nurse line for guidance and support.
